Where are we now?

The Centre for Research in Media and Cultural Studies at the University of Sunderland is delighted to announce that we will be hosting a 2 day conference in April 2014 to coincide with the thirtieth anniversary of the introduction of the Video Recordings Act. Using the VRA as a catalyst the conference intends to examine censorship both nationally and internationally and in all forms of media. We wanted to give thanks to a number of websites who have provided us with research and information without which we would not have been able to give such an in depth conference. They can be found by clicking here, here and here.
